University of Sarajevo

The Human Rights Centre of the University of Sarajevo (HRC Sarajevo) was founded in December 1996 by the University with the assistance of a number of international organizations such as the Council of Europe, EU, UNMBiH, the Office of the High Representative in B-H (OHR), World University Service (WUS), Raoul Wallenberg Institute for Human Rights and Humanitarian Law, etc.

The Human Rights Centre is involved in different project and activities, like the analysis of selected domestic and international curriculum in the field of human rights education or the development, publication and distribution of a guide through the legal systems of Serbia and Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina for secondary school pupils.
